Your data, handled with transparency

ParikshaPDF uses information needed to run the service and shares it only with the service providers or legal circumstances described below.

What we collect

Name, email and, when provided, phone number for account registration and verification.
Order, entitlement, and Razorpay payment references needed to handle purchases, access, and refunds; we do not store full card or bank details.
Support/contact messages, mock attempts and scores, language and cookie choices, and security/error logs. Optional Google Analytics usage data is collected only after consent.

Provide accounts, free and premium material, mock results, orders, entitlements, and refunds.
Respond to support, send necessary service messages, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
Understand aggregate usage and improve the product when analytics consent has been granted.

Data is shared only as needed with service providers that run hosting, storage, email/support, and with Razorpay for payments. Google Analytics loads only after consent.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required for law, security, or a valid legal request.
Records are kept only as long as needed for the account/service, disputes, security, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Data is sent over HTTPS; passwords are hashed by the SaaS API; admin access is restricted by roles and audit controls. No online system can promise zero risk.
Open Analytics cookie choices on this page or in the footer to allow or withdraw consent. Withdrawal disables analytics and removes available Google Analytics cookies.
Email support@parikshapdf.com to request a copy, correction, or deletion. Tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or other legally required records may need to be retained.

Sign in and open "Delete account" in My account, or go to /en/account/delete (the same page in the Android app). Once you type your account email to confirm, the account is deleted at once.
Your name, email, phone, password, test attempts and answers, mistakes list, saved lessons and notes, study progress, chosen exams, reminders, notifications and support tickets are deleted, and you are signed out on every device.
Any active Exam Pass or bought access ends with the account and is not refunded. Payment records (amount, date, payment reference) are kept for tax without your name, email or phone.
