- Duplicate payments confirmed by the bank or Razorpay.
- Sample preview does not match the promised sections.

How to request
- Email order@parikshapdf.com with order ID, payment screenshot and reason.
- Our team verifies within 24 hours and updates you on the status.
- Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds are unavailable for notes already downloaded and consumed.
- Flash sales and combo bundles are non-refundable.
- Bonus micro quizzes or credits shared by the system aren’t eligible for refunds.
